Hey this is your hard working Lieutenant and it took some re-arranging and now the OCs 2 Folder is ready to be filled up. Although it did take me hours to find a way to make this all work, due to being only a lieutenant my abilities are very limited, and sense no one higher then Lieutenants seem to be currently active, it is difficult to get what needs to be done, done, without any issue.

Anyway, enough of my rambling.~

The OCs 2 Folder is now available to be submitted into, the OCs Folder is filled to the brim, so when you get the "Submission could not be processed" warning or whatever, you know why.~
